Question: Is there a TSB or recall on the 2008 Civic re uneven tire wear or non-adjustable rear cambers?

My car has 62000 miles on it, mostly freeway, and I just replaced my tires for the third time. The rear tires cup, then the roaring is so loud I can even listen to the radio. I took it to Goodyear and they confirmed that the camber was out on the rear and it's non-adjustable. My only solution is to have an aftermarket adjustable camber installed. He also stressed the need to rotate the tires on a regular basis. Honda has recognized this problem with the 2006-2007 cars, have they taken ownership of the 2008 problem?
